Aaron Laramore - J.D.

Aaron Laramore is a seasoned community investment practitioner and strategist. With over twenty years of experience in the field as a community development corporation executive and leadership roles with the Corporation for Supportive Housing and the Local Initiatives Support Corporation. His skillset is wide ranging, including fund development, impact measurement, project management and underwriting. Applying strategy, technical assistance, and financing expertise, his work has resulted in transformational development in distressed neighborhoods across the Midwest. Aaron is a Denison University alum and a graduate of the Ohio State College of Law.

Jon Schiedel

Jon Schiedel is a modular housing innovator. His experience spans construction, manufacturing, software, and logistics. His knowledge of business structure and strategy extends from marketing and sales to product design, operations and business administration. Jon has developed steel-based modular housing platforms with accompanying manufacturing systems. In addition, Jon has substantial experience with conventional methods of construction, with development and construction experience of numerous single and multi-family housing projects.

Jennifer Green

Jennifer C. Green is an accomplished community development professional with over three decades of experience in the field. She’s a deeply experienced practitioner, skilled in project development for small and large scale initiatives, with over thirteen major development projects totaling more than $75M to her credit. She has an extensive background in financial management and organizational development. Her background includes a range of leadership roles in the public and non profit sector, including the City of Indianapolis, IU Health, Partners in Housing and Insight Development Corporation. Jennifer is a Purdue University alum.
